The law contains amendments of 2021. The document regulates relations in the field of state youth policy in the Kaluga Region. The law states goals of state youth policy in the Kaluga Region, namely the involvement of young people in the social, cultural, economic life of society, ensuring the rights of young people in the field of economy, education and culture, the realization of the innovative potential of young people in the interests of the development of society and youth themselves, spiritual and moral, civil, patriotic and physical education of youth, promotion of youth employment, assistance in the formation of a healthy lifestyle for young people, state support for young families, assistance in solving the housing problems of young people, integration of young people who find themselves in a difficult life situation in the life of society, prevention of negative phenomena in youth environment.
