In the publication you can find the Draft Regulation on the remuneration of employees of state institutions in the sphere of youth policy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as a number of appendixes to it. New payroll systems for the employees of the federal budgetary institutions and federal state bodies were introduced in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 583 of August 5, 2008.
