The methodological recommendations have been developed to assist the youth affairs authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that manage education, municipalities, state and municipal institutions for youth affairs, as well as public associations in organizing work on patriotic education of the younger generation and pre-conscription training of the youth. The document also contains the Letter of the Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation N ВМ-05-07/924 of February 24, 2011.
