Annotation

The Law of the Republic of Moldova "On Youth" is published (with amendments as of July 31, 2023). Throughout the text of the law, the words "Ministry of Education and Research" are replaced by the words "central sectoral body of the state" in the appropriate case, with the exception of part (1) of Article 9 in accordance with Law No. 249 of July 31, 23, MO302-305/11.08.23, Art. 544; in force since August 11, 23).
