The document contains not only the Order of the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports of the Republic of Bashkortostan N OD-808 of September 26, 2012 but also the Signal card itself. The concept of a family in the socially dangerous situation is given. This is the family with children in a socially dangerous situation, as well as the family where parents or other legal representatives of underages do not fulfill their duties concerning their kids' upbringing, education and (or) support and (or) negatively influence their behaviour or abuse them.
