Annotation
The draft model law facilitates the achievement of these goals. The document notes that the implementation of state youth policy is a tool for socio-economic and cultural development, ensuring competitiveness and strengthening the national security of the country. In the draft model law care for the younger generation is recognized as a necessary condition for creating a rule of law state, developing democracy, increasing the efficiency of a modern rule of law state for the benefit and prosperity of citizens, protecting the rights and freedoms of the individual.
