Annotation
The document was prepared by the Interstate Statistical Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The compilation contains information about youth representatives of the Commonwealth countries in terms of such parameters as demography, migration, health, education, level and quality of life, and the place of youth in the labour market. Data that characterize the situation of young people are compared between the CIS countries and matched with different countries of the world. To compile the digest official statistical data provided by the national statistical services of the CIS Member States as well as the results of selective surveys on youth topics were used.
