Annotation
This Concept is developed in order to promote cooperation between the CIS Member States in the implementation of youth volunteer movement. The document is also intended to promote the expansion of the practice of information, methodological and expert cooperation at the level of organizations and public associations whose work is aimed at developing volunteering among young people, and directly volunteers. The Action Plan for its implementation for 2018-2020 is presented to the Concept.
