Annotation
The state program is aimed at developing the system of social protection of population. It is proposed to build such a system by increasing the effectiveness of employment policy, preventing disability and rehabilitating the disabled, creating the barrier-free living environment, ensuring labour safety as well as ensuring the social integration of the disabled and the elderly.
