We present to you the methodological material of our partners – the All-Russian School of Counselors.
The publication will be useful for novice counselors. It describes the basic components of the traditional shift structure in the camp and the specifics of the counselor's work in each of the three shift periods:
- organizational,
- basic,
- the final one.
Special attention is paid to the methodology of organizing and conducting collective creative activities. This technique is a key link in the methodology of communal (collective) education, which originated in the USSR in the 60s. Today, the process of education is unthinkable without collective creative activities and the formation of teamwork skills.
The appendix presents the developments of the collective creative affairs of the teams of high school students in Moscow. They were elaborated during their studies at the Moscow State Pedagogical University within the framework of a grant from the Moscow Department of Education and Science "Professional training of high school students in Moscow in the basics of leadership activities."
