About the organization

The project is being implemented by the Federal Coordination Center for the Training and Support of Counselors at Moscow State Pedagogical University (MSPU).

Within the framework of the project the course "Fundamentals of leadership activities" is conducted, which meets all the requirements of modernity and the challenges of the time. The student undergoes practice-oriented training in the following modules: psychological, pedagogical, information and media support of the camp counselor's activities, its regulatory framework, history, modernity and ethical foundations of counseling, life safety and first aid.

The program lasts for 144 hours. Classes take place in various forms: lectures, seminars, master classes, business and role-playing games, case workshops, trainings, training intensive courses. According to the results, a test is carried out with the subsequent presentation of a certificate of completion of training.

Within the framework of the All-Russian School of Counselors a set of events is being held that will become a platform for identifying and broadcasting best practices, determining strategies for the development of the leadership movement.
