Annotation
The book is devoted to the system of preschool education. Much attention is paid to early intervention as the basis for overcoming inequality and improving the wellbeing of society. The current state of the system is considered, possibilities of overcoming negative scenarios in the development of children by methods of pedagogical correction and patronage as well as the means of identifying children's abilities and the role of teachers and parents in education and training are analyzed.
