Biography
Alexandra Bochaver is a senior researcher and Director of the Center for Modern Childhood Research at the Institute of Education of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
In 2010 she defended her PhD thesis on "Metaphor as a way of internal representation of a person's life path" (Psychological Institute of the Russian Academy of Education).
Alexandra Bochaver has acted as the thematic editor of the issues of the journals "Urban Research and Practice" (2020), "Psychological Research" (2021) and "Psychological Science and Education" (2022). Since 2023 she has been a member of the editorial board (associate editor) of the journal "Issues of Education".
Professional interests: social psychology, personality psychology, developmental psychology, adolescence, socialization, personal life path.
