Annotation
The Declaration was adopted in order to form common approaches to legislative provision for the protection of the rights and interests of young people in the CIS Member States. The document was adopted because the high political and social mobility, initiative and professionalism of young people play a significant role in creating the innovative economy and further developing a democratic society.
