The goal of Youth Well-Being and Development Index (IBDM) is to identify the main directions for the development of youth policy and improve the quality of decisions made at the national and local levels concerning youth. The index is based on international tools for determining the Global Youth Development Index and Youth Well-Being Index adapted to the conditions of Kyrgyzstan. The document is intended for representatives of government and local governments, educational, international, non-governmental organizations and the expert community involved in youth development in the Kyrgyz Republic.
