Annotation

The history of the "youth" law in the Soviet period, the current situation and development prospects are presented. In the first part of the article the development of the "youth" law is considered for decades from the 1960s to the collapse of the USSR. Further, the experience of the CIS Member States and the fate of the "youth" law in Russia at the turn of the century are noted. The Russian experience is also considered by decades from zero to the beginning of the tenth years.
