Annotation
The document contains the basic principles for organizing and holding youth forums as part of the 2017 All-Russian Forum Campaign. These guidelines have been developed for the executive authorities of the Russian Federation, the offices of the authorized representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal districts, the executive and legislative authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments, state and municipal budgetary institutions, educational organizations, children's and youth public associations, and organizations and enterprises of all forms of ownership. The document is advisory in nature. Methodological recommendations contain addenda that include the rules for staying on the forum, the list of recommended personal equipment, priority areas for the implementation of state youth policy, etc.
