The article highlights the problems of studying the opinions of children as subjects of preschool education. For example, until the age of seven a child develops only the so-called egocentric thought (there is no deduction, figurative schemes, analogy schemes), so the child’s thought is imbued with play tendencies; it is extremely difficult for him to distinguish fiction from thoughts taken as truth. The author comes to the conclusion that while interviewing preschool children, sociologists should use the game-interview method.
