In calculating the Child and Adolescent Friendliness Index each parameter was assessed using two types of indicators such as objective and subjective. The sources for calculating objective indicators were data contained in departmental or statistical reports. The sources for calculating subjective indicators were surveys conducted among children and adolescents.
