Active work on the implementation of the Action Plan within the framework of the initiative "Dobrush - City Friendly for Children and Adolescents" began in September 2009. As part of the initiative a new link – the Youth Parliament at the Dobrush District Executive Committee whose purpose is to promote social partnership between children's, youth and local government bodies in the interests of children and young people was created.
