The situation report describes and analyses facts, statistics, current trends in the realisation of children's rights from the perspective of equality and in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The Index of Cities' Child-Friendliness is the arithmetic mean of 7 parameters. Each indicator has a value from 0 to 10, where 10 is a favourable condition and 0 is extremely unfavourable.
