Annotation
The document contains the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on the All-Russian competition of youth projects and Rules for providing grants in the form of subsidies from the federal budget to youth and children's public associations, as well as to citizens of the Russian Federation – winners of the All-Russian competition of youth projects. The Rules define the procedure, goals and conditions for providing grants to the winners of the competition. According to the Resolution, the competition is held in order to involve youth of the Russian Federation in creative activities and social practice as well as to increase civic engagement, promote a healthy lifestyle and realize the potential of young people interested in the country's development.
