Annotation
The rules establish the goals, conditions and procedure for providing grants in the form of subsidies from the federal budget to the winners of the All-Russian competition of the youth projects. The competition is held by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs at least once a year. The document also contains the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation № 1436 of September 15, 2020, according to which these rules were approved.
