Annotation
The document was adopted by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe at the 10th Session on May 21, 2003. The revised European Charter on the Participation of Young people in Local and Regional Life includes three sections. The first section contains recommendations addressed to local and regional authorities on the implementation of strategies that affect young people in the number of areas. The second section contains information on tools that contribute to the greater involvement of young people in the life of society. The third section is devoted to recommendations on the creation of institutional conditions that ensure the participation of young people in the life of society.
