Annotation
The document represents the list of rules, on the basis of it the United Nations recommends that UN Member States bring their national legislation, policies and practices, especially in the field of training of all categories of workers involved in juvenile justice, into line with the spirit of the rules and bring them to information from the relevant authorities and the general public.
