Annotation
These rules promote the well-being of the minor and his or her family and provide guidance on how to regulate juvenile justice processes. The rules state general principles and also cover such stages as investigation and trial, issuance of a judgment and the choice of measures of influence, treatment of offenders outside correctional facilities, treatment of offenders in correctional facilities, research, planning, policy development and evaluation.
