Framework Regulation on the organization and conduct of the Grant Program for youth organizations and a national/local project competition for youth initiative groups

Annotation

This document establishes the mission, principles, procedure for organizing and conducting the grant program. Procedures for concluding a financing agreement from the state budget and local budgets, financing projects of youth initiative groups on the basis of concluding contracts for the purchase of goods and services directly with the financing authority are also defined.
