Annotation

The Concept of state youth policy in the Russian Federation prepared in 2001, the Doctrine of state youth policy of 2002, the Concepts of social state of 2002-2004, the Strategy of state youth policy in the Russian Federation of 2006, the Concept of youth work in the Russian Federation of 2006-2007, the Concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020 are considered. Further, the author puts forward the idea to develop the main Youth Doctrine of the Russian Federation and proposes its concept.
