Methodological recommendations define the main principles for organizing and holding youth forums in the framework of the All-Russian Forum Campaign for 2019. The document is developed for the executive authorities of the Russian Federation, the offices of plenipotentiaries of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal districts, executive and legislative authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments, state and municipal budgetary institutions, educational organizations, children's and youth public associations, organizations and enterprises of all forms of ownership. Methodological recommendations contain addenda that present rules for staying on the forum, the list of recommended personal equipment, priority areas for the implementation of state youth policy, etc. The document is advisory in nature.
